The final round of the Premier League took place tonight (Sunday), with the focus of Manchester City's possible coronation game.
The Blues on the eve of the round lead the league with a two-point gap over second-placed Liverpool, hosting Aston Villa knowing that a win would give them a fourth championship in five years.
Pep Guardiola brought in Fernandinho, who was developed as a stopper in his last appearance on the team.
John Stones started recovering from injury and also started in the center of defense while Kyle Walker waited on the bench.
Villa, who play only for the record, opened without senior goalkeeper Emmy Martinez and placed Robin Olsen between the posts.
