A class 6: Walls wins the long-distance duel with pursuer Haag and celebrates promotion

– The SpVgg Mauern won the championship in the A-Class 6. On the last day of the game, the favorite quickly made it clear with a smashing victory that he wouldn't let anything go wrong.

Despite a win, only the promotion relegation remains for the opponent Haag, the final opponent Marzling II is sent to the relegation games.

After the obligatory beer shower, Mauern's coach Georg Pfuller raved about his team: "Everyone gave their all." From the start it was clear that the team wanted to reward themselves for the strong round.

Johannes Pollhammer took the lead after just four minutes, and the favorites were 3-0 up at the break.

In the second period, the hosts increased the pressure in front of 160 spectators and were allowed to celebrate afterwards.

Internally in the minds of the players, however, things looked different,” emphasized Pfuller.

He described the duel with Haag and for a long time also with Attenkirchen as brutal.

Pfuller is convinced that his team really deserves the title.
