Stephen Kerry celebrates Golden State's victory in Game 3 of the Western Conference Finals (from the official NBA Twitter account)
LeBron James was documented tonight (Sunday through Monday) at a wedding of ultra-Orthodox Jews in New York, as he befriends the famous rabbi Josiah Pinto.
The Lakers star arrived at the wedding on the standard of honor of the groom's father, Jewish billionaire Jay Schottenstein, who knows LeBron well as someone whose center of life is in Ohio, the state where James grew up and played for many years.
In documentation circulated online, LeBron was seen entering the event and talking to Rabbi Pinto, who is considered an associate of his.
Rabbi Pinto, founder of Shuva Israel, a network of Torah institutions operating around the world, is considered a favorite of many businessmen, including Schottenstein.

LeBron and Pinto have a common history.
In 2010 it was reported that James served as a consultant to James, while playing in Miami and was in the midst of a professional and personal crisis.
According to reports at the time, LeBron even transferred a sum of more than $ 100,000 to the "Return of Israel" organization, and since then he has met and talked with Pinto several more times.
James is also remembered for the storm he provoked in 2018, when he was accused of anti-Semitism.
At the time, he raised a post for Baron in which he quoted a line from a poem mentioning the phrase "Jewish money," and angered many Jews across the United States.
He apologized for the antisemitic quote and explained that "I thought it was a compliment," and ended the affair with no penalty from the NBA.
