Will not move to the agenda.
Following the serious events in the Tel Aviv derby, the basketball association's prosecutor decided today (Monday) to prosecute Hapoel Tel Aviv for rioting fans.
The red crowd threw drinking glasses and other objects to the parquet that caused the game to be stopped several times and even nearly injured the players, including Bar Timor and Igor Kolshov.
The referee's report said in reference to the last stop during the game that almost led to the explosion of the match
: "The chairman of Hapoel Tel Aviv should address the audience in the public address system, and ask to stop throwing objects to the surface, otherwise the game will be stopped immediately, and this is done by him and the game is resumed. The game was stopped in this case for about seven minutes."
The plaintiff is now demanding a sentence of closing the Western stand (behind the basket) for two actual games (at the start of next season) as well as closing it for another game on probation.
In addition, for using horns and chanting "Shimon Mizrahi will commit suicide", the plaintiff also demands an actual fine and another one on probation.
