All smiles, the president of PSG Nasser Al-Khelaïfi began the press conference with a short introduction to the many journalists present.
"Today is a great day for the history of PSG for our supporters in France and around the world," he said.
And to add: “Kylian is staying for the next three years, it is very important for us, for France.
It's a strong signal, we keep the best player in the world.

According to Al-Khelaïfi, the extension of Kylian Mbappé until 2025 responds in particular to the Parisian context which allows him to fully flourish.

"I will not go beyond my function as a player", promises Mbappé
Asked about his new role at PSG, and the possible possibility for him to intervene in the recruitment or the choice of a new coach in particular, the French international recalled that he "remains a football player".
"I will never go beyond this function," promised Kylian Mbappé.
The world champion was also asked about his future role with the team.
Will he wear the captain's armband next year?
"I don't want to chop off my captain's (Marquinhos) head, I don't need to be a captain to express myself and be important on the pitch," he replied.
“My story here is not over”

"Money is not the most important thing for Kylian", assures Al-Khelaïfi
While the financial argument has often been put on the table by the Spanish media to justify the choice of Kylian Mbappé, Nasser Al-Khelaïfi wanted to clarify things in front of the journalists.
"Money is not the most important thing for Kylian, it's the athlete.
