After the 0:0 in the first leg in Kaiserslautern, the fans are looking forward to the game, which kicks off at 8:30 p.m. in the sold-out Rudolf Harbig Stadium.

The Red Devils have been playing in the 3rd division since 2018.

Last year, the Palatinate narrowly averted falling into the regional league.

FCK subsequently stabilized under Antwerp.

After an actually strong season, Kaiserslautern ran out of air in the final sprint.

The result: The team around top striker Terrence Boyd gambled away the direct promotion they believed to be safe and had to go into relegation.

“We have no reason to go into this game with high spirits.

We got a good result in the first leg, even though many, including us, would have preferred a win.

It's a real final, there has to be a winner," explained FCK coach Dirk Schuster ahead of the second leg against Dynamo Dresden.

The game in the Rudolf Harbig Stadium will be sold out with 30,000 spectators.

FCK is holding a public viewing in the Fritz Walter Stadium on Tuesday evening, which is also already sold out.

Dynamo Dresden vs. FCK will be broadcast live by Sat.1 and Sky.
