Many Liverpool supporters are reassured.
Mohamed Salah, one of their star strikers with the Senegalese Sadio Mané, announced on Wednesday that he will end his lease with the Reds, during the press conference preceding the Champions League final which will be played Saturday (9 p.m.) against Real Madrid, at the Stade de France.
"In my mind, I'm not focusing on the contract right now.
I don't want to be selfish.
This is the team, an important week.
I want the Champions League again, I want to see Henderson with the trophy in his hand.
I'm staying next season, that's for sure, that's clear,” said 29-year-old Mohamed Salah.
