We ticked off: Today's summary clip, 26.5 (Sports 1)
Following the announcement of the team's squad for the pair of games in the League of Nations against Iceland and Albania, the Greek Volos goalkeeper Boris Kleiman was interviewed today (Thursday) for 103FM.
The goalkeeper referred to the fact that he was not included in Alon Hazan's list and also referred to his future in his current team.
"I have a contract for next season," Kleiman commented on his future. "It's no longer a secret that I also have the option to go out for free to any team outside of Greece, but let's see what happens. That there is something real, that will talk to me. Until then he will not tell me anything because these are just thoughts. If and when I have an offer I will sign, I will say so to the team. "Because of the corona and they took me out, but they brought me back already in the half. On a personal level, I feel I had a good season, that's also what I hear from the media and the coaches."

He went on to say that he was not invited by the national team management and claimed that "my team in Greece were surprised that I was not invited, but I was quite expecting that this would happen. I can not say I regret everything that was, because I kept a lot of summonses that I was Sure they came and did not come. When I asked Willie why, he did not even answer me, to this day I do not know what was the reason. Again, I was expecting a summons after two good seasons in Greece, but beyond that I do not know what to say. Today, I do "I want to stay in Greece - also as a family we are very connected to the place. My children really enjoy it here. However, I have a bit of a problem with going to Greece this year because the team will require money. I know there is an option, but I also know it will not be easy."
As you may recall, Kleiman recently criticized the team's conduct and expressed astonishment at not being invited and the fact that his resume has only one appearance.
New coach Alon Hazan responded to this and claimed that the goalkeeper performed "an action that insults the players and harms Israeli football."
