LE SCAN SPORT – Angry, Irina Begu threw her racket in the middle of the match but it bounced before landing in the stands and injuring a boy.

After Andrey Rublev's bloodshed on Tuesday which could have injured a member of the organization, it is the turn of the Romanian Irina Begu to make people talk about her after losing her nerves.

The Bulgarian was trailing 0-2 in the third set against Alexandrova when, in spite, she threw her racquet on her chair.

A very bad idea because, even if the throw was not very violent, it rebounded before going to finish its course in the public and hitting a young boy sitting in the first rows.

The toddler even burst into tears, provoking the intervention of the referee.

But Begu escaped correctional and only received a warning for this gesture of humor which did not distract her since she managed to turn the tide to finally win (6-7, 6 -3, 6-4).
