A-CLASS 6 coach of the Baldhamer Reserve says goodbye.
Vaterstetten – The strong upswing after the winter break ultimately carried the SCBV reserve to early relegation.
Only the upswing in May has degenerated into a point lull.
Not the only reason why SCBV coach Stefan Weitzl is keen to end the season after three defeats with a home win against relegated SV Anzing II on Sunday (kick-off 1 p.m.).
“For me there are no important and unimportant games.
I want to win every game and one last win would be the ideal parting gift from my boys.”
No decision against the SCBV but for a new task
The 61-year-old turned down the club's offer to extend his contract.
"In no way a decision against the SCBV, but for a new task," emphasizes Weitzl.
"I would like to thank my team from the bottom of my heart for the friendly, empathetic and interesting cooperation over the past two and a half years."
Despite the relegation from the district class, both sides ultimately benefited from this extraordinary phase of upheaval, trainers and the many young talents.
Stefan Weitzl emphasizes: "And that's why I'm really looking forward to this last game together." bj
