It's about nothing less than the Champions League title in 2022. The final preparations are underway, Liverpool coach Jürgen Klopp chooses an unusual training method just before the showdown.
Liverpool FC: Jürgen Klopp trusts German company “Neuro 11”
Klopp has been working with the German company “Neuro 11” since August 2021.
For the brain training, the players are put on headsets that measure the brain waves.
"We can now train the mental abilities and shooting precision of our players directly on the pitch in a way that was previously impossible for us," Klopp is quoted as saying by the company.
Klopp told
ESPN how the collaboration came about.
“One of them is a neuroscientist and he said: We can really practice penalties.
I said: Sounds interesting, come over. "Klopp should either Dr.
Niklas Häusler, who studied neuroscience and psychology at the University of Bonn, or Dr.
Fabian Steinberg, who studied neuroscience and sports science in Cologne.
Both are co-founders of the company.

Understandably, both sides do not want to reveal many details.
However, recent successes in the FA Cup and Carabao Cup finals – both on penalties – against Chelsea caused a sensation.
