Hapoel Galil Elyon did end the season only a week ago, after being eliminated in the quarterfinals by Hapoel Holon.
But the north is already working hard in the run-up to next season, and today (Saturday) they announced the addition of Israeli coordinator Roy Hoover.
This is the Galileans' second signing in recent days, after coach Barak Peleg - also extended his contract and will continue to lead the team.

Hoover, who recorded the best season of his career this season in the Hapoel Eilat uniform, contributed 10.6 points and 4.5 assists in 28 minutes on average per game, and is a candidate for the title of the best player of the season.
This will be his second term in the Galilee, after playing in the team uniform in the 2018/19 season in the National League.
The player said after the signing: "I am very happy to return to the Galilee, a place I love and enjoyed playing. I also want to say thank you to Hapoel Eilat for the last two years. I look forward to a competitive season, and I will give everything to help the team meet its goals. Come on Galil!"
