In the first round of the DFB Cup, Borussia Dortmund is one of the top favorites to go to TSV 1860 Munich.

In the 1st round of the 2022/23 DFB Cup, runners-up Borussia Dortmund will come to the Grünwalder Stadion in Munich.

Losfee Kevin Großkreutz first fished the TSV 1860 out of the drum and then added his heart club of all things.
Michael Köllner and his team get an absolute cracker in the 1st main round.
It will be held on July 29th to August 1st and August 30th/31st.

It is not yet certain when the five-time cup winners Borussia Dortmund will play in Giesing.
Most recently, the black and yellow won the DFB Cup 4-1 against RB Leipzig in 2021.
In the past season, BVB failed in the round of 16 at FC St. Pauli (1:2).

After last year's highlights against Darmstadt 98, FC Schalke 04 and Karlsruher SC, the fans of the Blues will be licking their lips after the cracker.
For coach Michael Köllner it is "a small paradox", as he says in a first statement on the TSV 1860 website.
"We secured qualification for the DFB Cup against the second team from Borussia Dortmund in order to play against the first team."

Although the eleven of the new/old coach Edin Terzic is an "extremely difficult lot", the 52-year-old is already dreaming of a small sensation.

As the club reports, season ticket holders will have a right of first refusal for the coming season.
In addition, the club further announces that the game will definitely take place at Giesing's heights in the Grünwalder Stadion.
"The Munich Olympic Stadium is not available as an alternative location because of the European Championships."
