The Israeli model was also in the podium yesterday and watched her partner, as she did all season on her successful travels with him around Europe.
"The trophy with the big ears flies with us to his new home," Grazig wrote on Instagram, while being photographed next to Courtois and the trophy.
The Israeli uploaded videos of herself celebrating the win and responding with excitement and crying, taking pictures of herself in the stadium in a selfie and documenting the historic moment.
As you may recall, Real Madrid defeated Liverpool 0: 1 in the prestigious game in Paris, won the Champions League for the 14th time, and completed an excellent season after already winning the Spanish championship.
Courtois provided an unforgettable game, squeezing headlines in all the sports newspapers in Europe.
