FC Barcelona is considered Robert Lewandowski's dream club.
Problem: The Catalans can't afford the FC Bayern Munich striker at the moment.
Barcelona – The future of Robert Lewandowski is the big topic – not only at Bayern Munich.
The change of the super striker is currently occupying football fans all over the world.
Especially at FC Barcelona you look closely, after all, the proud club from Catalonia should be Lewandowski's goal.

Trouble in Spain
At Barca, however, the excitement is high.
This has nothing to do with the possible Lewandowski lawsuit against FC Bayern.
The real reason: Statements by league boss Javier Tebas!
He said things in public that actually have nothing to do with his area of competence.
Tebas told the Spanish news agency
Europa Press
about the Lewandowski cause: "Barca can't sign him now."
The Blaugrana are heavily in debt, with more than 1.3 billion euros in liabilities.
The only way: sell players to be able to afford new ones.
Tebas also advises: "I don't know if they should sell de Jong or Pedri, but they have to generate income and sell assets."

FC Barcelona heavily in debt: LaLiga boss angers President Laporta
Barca already know the problem from the past.
What could a solution look like now, in the summer of 2022?
Lewandowski recently made it clear – also publicly – that his story at Bayern was over.
But does a new one really begin in Barcelona?
In any case, after the Tebas statements, President Joan Laporta intervened – with a lot of anger in her stomach.
So the Lewandowski mud fight is now escalating in Spain too!
The Barca boss told the league boss: "I would like to ask you not to comment on whether or not we can sign a particular player as it clearly harms FC Barcelona's interests."

Lewandowski mud fight in Spain escalates: "Expression of his verbal incontinence"
It's understandable that he's upset.
Assuming that DFL Managing Director Donata Hopfen or her predecessor Christian Seifert had spoken publicly about the possibilities and, above all, non-possibilities of FC Bayern on the transfer market - the echo would have been unthinkable.
Even if the high Barca debts are of course a ubiquitous topic on the Iberian Peninsula.
If Tebas made his statements intentionally, it was unacceptable, Laporta continued.
"And if he does it by mistake, that's an expression of his verbal incontinence," he etched.
FC Barcelona should also have been particularly annoyed that Tebas recommended that they take an example from their arch-rival Real Madrid in financial matters.
He said he had "worked very well over the past ten to twelve years".
The Lewandowski poker remains hot - and not only makes waves in Germany.
A change would probably also mean that Sadio Mané's Bayern commitment is getting closer.
