Thomas Müller hopes for an effect similar to that of Franck Ribéry.
Munich – Robert Lewandowski wants to leave Bayern Munich.
The situation is tricky, both parties are talking about each other instead of with each other.
The German record champions have so far categorically refused to change their goal guarantee.
The former love affair has degenerated into a public mud fight.
Now Lewandowski's congenial partner Thomas Müller joins the alternating theater.

Robert Lewandowski is pushing for a farewell and sees no future for further cooperation with FC Bayern Munich.
Things are very different for Thomas Müller. The original Bavarian remains loyal to his homeland and recently extended his contract until 2024.
As a leading player at FC Bayern, the 32-year-old naturally also has an opinion on Lewandowski poker.
"Lewy has a valid contract and I would like my long-standing offensive partner to stay, our connection on the pitch is well known," said Müller in the
Kicker
interview.
Born in Upper Bavaria and Lewandowski have formed a feared duo in recent years, with Müller proving to be a template supplier for the Pole.
“But of course the business is such that things can turn out differently.
In general, the club is bigger than us players.” Nevertheless, Müller has not yet given up hope that Lewandowski will stay and refers to Franck Ribéry's story at Bayern.

"It's a break, and we've already experienced a lot during these times, I'm just reminding you of Franck Ribery's desire to move to Real Madrid," said Müller, referring to the former FCB star, who started an era between 2007 and 2019 of the Säbener Straße.
Because the Frenchman also wanted to change in his early days and, like Lewandowski, flirted with a farewell to Spain.

Thomas Müller does not rule out Lewandowski staying at Bayern
Lewandowski has been with FC Bayern for eight years now, but wants to join FC Barcelona.
Whether the Pole, like Ribéry, is committed to his club is more than questionable.
“One thing is certain: every player who is still under contract in Munich on September 1 will also want to play well.
Because playing badly is not fun for any player,” says Müller, already looking ahead to the coming season.
It is quite possible that he will no longer feed Lewandowski, but Sadio Mané with assists.
