Rafael Nadal and Alexander Zverev measure their forces this afternoon in Paris to see who of the two occupies a place in the Roland Garros final next Sunday.
The Spaniard, 13-time champion on Parisian soil - the last one, in 2020 -, starts as an outstanding favorite in the betting despite the physical pain that he has had in his foot since the beginning of the season.
Nadal has beaten Thompson, Moutet, Van de Zandschulp, Auger-Aliassime and Djokovic in this edition of the tournament, whom he knocked down after a tremendous comeback in the last set of the quarterfinals.
For his part, Zverev, whose presence in the semifinals equals the best result of his career at Roland Garros, has prevailed over Ofner, Báez, Nakashima, Zapata and Alcaraz, against whom he consummated the revenge of what happened a month ago in the Masters 1,000 from Madrid.
