The finals of the Israeli Open Wheelchair Tennis Championship were held today (Friday) at the Ramat Hasharon Tennis Center. 

 The first place in the men's category went to Mickey Takoya from Japan, who defeated Michael Schaefer from the Netherlands after three and a half hours of play, with a result: 4: 6 6: 2 4: 6.

Ernleib from Israel and Robert Show from Canada came to the finals of the quad category (severe disability) - who won first place with a result: 0: 6,0: 6.

In the women's category, Takana Manami from Japan defeated the Argentine actress with a result: 4: 6,0: 6.

The championship, organized by Kobe Wiener, was held in memory of the late Peter Collins, and after a two-year hiatus imposed by the Corona epidemic, senior tennis players from 13 countries (Australia, Argentina, USA, UK, South Africa, the Netherlands, Hungary) arrived.
