" during an alcoholic evening.
According to France Info, the double Olympic swimming champion would have himself mentioned these facts during his police custody last December in the context of the first case.
The investigators would also have telephone taps where members of Agnel's family would speak of this episode.

During his indictment last December, Yannick Agnel had acknowledged the materiality of the facts of which he was accused in the file opened after the complaint of Naome Horter, the daughter of his former trainer Lionel Horter.
The fallen French swimming star had disputed having exerted any “coercion” on the then 13-year-old girl.
