President Herbert Hainer justifies the interest in ex-BVB striker Erling Haaland.
That's probably why Robert Lewandowski wants to leave Bayern Munich.
Munich – Robert Lewandowski wants to leave FC Bayern, preferably immediately.
Apparently things can't go fast enough for the Pole, he just wants to get away from Munich.
But why is the striker suddenly giving Bayern the cold shoulder?
Everything seemed to be going perfectly: Lewandowski keeps scoring goals, celebrating titles and even becoming FIFA World Player of the Year twice in a row.
"Robert has felt disrespected by those in charge for months, that's the truth.
FC Bayern did not lose the player Lewandowski, but the person Robert," said Lewandowski's advisor Pini Zahavi recently.
Lewandowski even added a short time later: "My history at Bayern Munich is over.
After everything that has happened in the last few months, I cannot imagine further good cooperation.”

FC Bayern: President Hainer justifies his interest in Haaland – Lewandowski is angry
Zahavi accuses the Bayern bosses of having made plans for a transfer from Erling Haaland in the background.
The Dortmunder finally decided to switch to Premier League champions Manchester City.
Bayern went empty-handed in courting Haaland and also got into a mud fight with Lewandowski.
"Both Mr. Zahavi and Robert know the processes in professional football well enough," Bayern President Herbert Hainer justifies himself in the

interview.
The former Adidas boss indirectly admits his interest in Haaland.
Furthermore, Hainer speaks a word of power in the Lewandowski case.

Lewandowski is pushing for a change – because of Bayern's courtship for Haaland
For Lewandowski, the matter was probably clear: FC Bayern is looking for a successor behind his back.
Haaland, 21, was set to replace Lewandowski, 33.
A clear affront that the proud Pole probably didn't want to put up with.
Bayern let Lewandowski fidget and apparently played for time in the contract talks.
Lewy was up in the air, which strikers usually don't like.

After Lewandowski got wind of Bayern's interest in Haaland, he became convinced that he wanted to do something new again at the end of his career, to get out of his contract, which ran until 2023.
FC Barcelona lure the Pole to Spain and will probably meet Lewandowski's demands for a three-year contract.
Bayern have already identified a replacement in Sadio Mané, but Liverpool rejected the first offer.
