Kylian Mbappé is a unique talent and a minimum of 205.6 million euros to put on the table.
Here is the estimate made by the very serious International Center for Sports Economics (CIES).
The Swiss-based organization published a ranking of the 100 most expensive players on the transfer market on Monday.
The prodigy from Bondy (Seine-Saint-Denis) was only twelfth in this ranking last season.
The reason is simple: he only had one year left of his contract with PSG (estimated at 118 million euros).
By having chosen to extend in the French capital until 2025, a decision that the whole football planet was waiting for, Mbappé therefore took over the top of this ranking.
He is ahead of Vinicius Jr, the winger crowned European champion with Real Madrid alongside Karim Benzema, listed at 185.3 million euros, and the Norwegian crack Erling Haaland, valued at 152.6 million and new scorer of Manchester City, which has lifted its €75m clause.

Unsurprisingly, this ranking is dominated by players with an attacking profile.
Note however the 9th place of Rúben Dias who presents the highest value for a central defender (110M€).
Gianluigi Donnarumma is the goalkeeper with the highest financial estimate (€74m), the same goes for Trent Alexander-Arnold (€87m) at the level of full-backs and Pedri González (€135m) for midfielders.
Another interesting stat: Kevin de Bruyne (€57m) is the oldest in the top 100 (30.9 years old), while Pablo Gavi (€58m) is the youngest (17.8 years old).
If we look at this ranking under the French prism, we can identify seven Ligue 1 players in the top 100 (Mbappé, Hakimi, Donnarumma, Marquinhos, Paquetá, Tchouaméni and Jonathan David), and nine French internationals (Mbappé , Upamecano, Diaby, Coman, Tchouaméni, Camavinga, Koundé, Nkunku, Théo Hernandez).
