Sharon and Itzik Nisnov, Meir Toshav and Zeev Greenberg issued a joint statement addressing the issue of selling the group: "Starting next week, a signed agreement will be available, in addition to all the financial information, for anyone seriously interested in investing in the club."

The sale of the club is on the agenda.

After the launch of Hapoel Tel Aviv's new logo, tonight (Wednesday) the owners of the team - Sharon and Itzik Nisnov, Meir Toshav and Zeev Greenberg - issued a joint message to the fans and addressed the issue of the club's future. The full announcement is in front of you.

"We are at the beginning of the 100th year of our beloved club, which has known better and less beautiful years, as in any sport. Also towards the season 22/23, as in all the seasons that preceded it since the current ownership group took over the reins in January 2017, we will do everything we can to put together a worthy team for Hapoel Tel Aviv, which will bring pride to the hundreds of thousands of fans who stand behind the team.

No one is free from mistakes, we too have made some mistakes while standing at the top of the pyramid.

On the other hand, some of them have been fixed and we will continue to fix them.

Also - there are many actions that can be attributed to the current management, when the financial sword is not placed on the neck of the club, as in days gone by.

We are aware that it is time to move the reins and toil day and night in order for this to happen.

As we have already stated, we are now in a number of dialogues and very much hope that we will be in line soon.

At the same time, we are also very attentive to the legitimate requests of the audience and therefore announce today that starting next week will be available in the office of Adv. Roi Rosen, an agreement signed by all owners, in addition to all financial information, for anyone seriously interested in investing in the club .

From here, we also appeal to all fans to take responsibility and not take measures and steps that in the past have already caused the owners to leave - and also deterred potential buyers.

This issue arises in conversations we have with people who are interested in investing in the club, along with the sweeping consensus that our biggest asset - is the audience.

We have said before and we repeat, commit and say - as long as a person comes with means whose financial capabilities are high, we will give him all our holdings without any consideration and we will return immediately to the stands.

In addition - the more a person comes, even with more modest means - and agrees to take the day-to-day management for a number of years, even then - on the same day, we will move aside from the day-to-day management, but that person will have to recoup some of the owner's investment.

We are aware and attentive to the criticisms and claims from the group's fans, which are directed at the current management, we also agree with a significant portion of them.

Our goal is one: the success of Hapoel Tel Aviv.

We are all partners in it - and until a worthy person comes to replace us in our role, we must all be united around this lofty goal.

Yours, the owners of the Hapoel Tel Aviv football club. "
