We know the program of the festivities!
UEFA has announced the dates for the next edition of its prestigious competition.
A Champions League, whose preliminary round of the qualifying phases will begin at the end of June, and which will be impacted by the World Cup in Qatar disputed on unprecedented dates, from November 21 to December 18.
The start of the school year will therefore ring early for the clubs involved in the group phase, which will see the matches follow one another at the rate of one per week from September 6 until November 1 and 2.
A sustained pace that will allow to know the qualified for the final stages before the World Cup.
The second part of the competition will resume at a more usual pace in February with the round of 16.
Third in Ligue 1, Monaco will enter the competition in early August during the third qualifying round.
If they win, the Monegasques will compete in the play-offs at the end of August to try to join PSG and OM, directly qualified among the 32 teams in the group stages.
The final will be played in Istanbul on June 10, 2023. We will then know the successor of Real Madrid.
