The back midfielder, Amit Meir, signed tonight (Wednesday) with Hapoel Haifa for two seasons with an option for another season.
The 21-year-old Meir played last season for Maccabi Petah Tikva and before that for Hapoel Tel Aviv.
He also has seven appearances for the Israeli youth team.
Owner Yoav Katz said after the signing: "We are happy to add a young and talented player to our ranks as part of refreshing the team's staff."
