Not happy in Lyon: Jérôme Boateng wants to leave France after a year.

Jérôme Boateng is not satisfied with his playing times at Olympique Lyon.
Now there is an interested party from the Turkish Süper Lig.
Munich – The 2014 world champion only moved to Lyon last summer.
Now Jérôme Boateng wants to leave the French first division after just one season.
A possible buyer is said to have already been found in Trabzonspor.

Last summer, FC Bayern officials decided not to renew the contract of their well-deserved defender.
Boateng had to leave Munich after ten years and accepted the offer from Olympique Lyon.
A lucrative deal for the German because he was offered a two-year contract in France.
It is precisely this contract that is falling on the feet of those responsible in Lyon.
Because Boateng does not show the desired performance and - like before his departure from Munich - produces more headlines off the pitch.
The former national player drew attention to himself with a - not final - conviction for assault, against which he appealed, and an unsuccessful lawsuit by a cosmetic surgeon.
Olympique Lyon: First contact between Trabzonspor and Boateng
Boateng himself is also unhappy with the situation.
He played his last full-distance game in early February.
He seems open to offers and wants to make positive headlines again, preferably on the pitch.
The interest from the newly crowned Turkish champions Trabzonspor is just right.

reports, there has already been an initial exchange between an agent commissioned by the Turkish side and Boateng.
There are said to have been initial contacts between the two clubs.
A move to Trabzon would be the opportunity for the 33-year-old to get a taste of the Champions League again.

Trabzonspor: The Turkish champions initially want to loan Boateng
According to the report, Trabzonspor coach Abdullah Avci is strongly committed to promoting Boateng's signing.
However, the club from the Black Sea coast does not want to make a firm commitment and initially loan the experienced defender for a year.
Financially, Trabzon would be willing to pay half of the salary.
A proposal that is not badly received in Lyon.
Half the salary that could be saved seems to be a sufficient offer for Lyon.
