Senegal won an important victory over its host Rwanda in stoppage time in the second round of Group Twelve in the qualifiers for the African Nations finals to be held in Cote d'Ivoire next year.
The Senegalese team's goal came in the 98th minute from a penalty kick scored by Sadio Mane, the Liverpool star, to decide the Teranga Lions as a result of the match in their favour.
With this result, Senegal continued to lead the group standings with six points, while Rwanda was temporarily in third place with one point.
