One of the biggest handball stars in Europe, Sander Sagusen, was seriously injured yesterday (Tuesday), during his team THW Kiel's game in the German handball league, and is expected to be absent from the pitches for about eight months.

According to the TV broadcast, the actor's face contorted with pain and he grabbed his leg.
THW's doctors rushed to him immediately and after an initial diagnosis, the Norwegian left the field with the help of the coaches and a teammate.
Sagusan was immediately taken to the hospital, where after further tests the cruel diagnosis arose: a fracture in the left ankle and a tear in the syndesmosis ligament - whose leg is immediately fixed in a cast.
Team doctor Dr Paris says of the severity of the injury at Bild: "Sander will be out for six to eight months." This means Sagusan will be out at the height of the season in two weeks.
