Nono de Costa is a candidate for Maccabi Haifa

The striker from Cape Verde played last season on loan from Nottingham Forest to Con in the French Premier League.

Maccabi Haifa continues to look for candidates to strengthen the front and one of the leading candidates to arrive is Nono de Costa.

The 31-year-old Cape Town-born player who also holds French citizenship played against the Greens in the Europa League qualifiers in the summer of 2019, then wore the Strasbourg uniform.

De Costa squeezed the penalty in a game in France, which Strasbourg translated into a 1-1 draw, en route to a 1-3 victory.
