Türkgücü Munich is in a race against time.

But when it comes to the stadium, the city of Fürstenfeldbruck is not as cooperative as it seems, says President Akkay.

Munich / Fürstenfeldbruck - The fuss about Türkgücü's stadium plan in Fürstenfeldbruck does not stop.

Many background noises accompany the project in the monastery stadium.

Every setback is serious for the club, because the documents must soon be on the table of the Bavarian Football Association.

If the breakthrough does not happen by the end of June, Türkgücü is threatened with losing its license and thus moving into the lowest league.

At the beginning everything looked good for Türkgücü Munich.

SC Fürstenfeldbruck had pledged its full support and even had plans for hosting regional league games in the drawer.

But then the city stepped in: It wouldn't work without them.

The BFV needs the stadium owner's assurance that the venue is suitable.

Since then the project has stalled.

The first viewing appointment on Klosterstraße was repeatedly postponed and shortly afterwards new topics suddenly came up that not everyone involved could understand.

Türkgücü fights for the stadium in Fürstenfeldbruck: Akkay complains about the lack of cooperation from the city

"We're running out of time," complains Türkgücü President Taskin Akkay.

His club's hands are tied without sufficient administrative assistance.

He doesn't demand much from the city of Fürstenfeldbruck, says Akkay: "We only wish that everything that helps us is made available and not denied.

That's all we want."

Those responsible for Fürstenfeldbruck are currently arguing even internally in the city council.

After the inspection, the city had requested a noise report and an examination of the breakwater.

Incomprehensible to many involved.

Because: A noise report is from the year 2006. The breakwaters were shown in 2012 as not necessary.

Corresponding documents are also available at the Soccer Suburb.

However, the city no longer wants to accept the old noise report.

And the fact that the breakwaters have to be checked was only now noticed in the construction plan, Mayor Erich Raff objected.

City of Fürstenfeldbruck hinders Türkgücü?

Akkay doesn't understand why there are so many unanswered questions

It is not easy for Türkgücü, there is more and more work to be done and time is running out.

Despite this, Raff reports "lively and close contact" with Taskin Akkay.

The city of Fürstenfeldbruck supports "very benevolently".

The Türkgücü President doesn't let it sound like this: "We lack the help that one expects with good intentions," Akkay complains, "we always have good discussions and I try to be in a good mood, but there is no administrative assistance." The city even prevented Türkgücü's efforts.

"I'd rather have a clear refusal, then I won't lose any time here," says Akkay.

Noise survey, safety and capacity.

Türkgücü in Fürstenfeldbruck has to take care of these three major construction sites from scratch.

The city doesn't even provide a starting point, Akkay complains.

He is also surprised: "It can't be that these questions have never been clarified.

SC Fürstenfeldbruck is still playing there at the moment.

And even a district league team could have 800 spectators in an attractive test match or in the relegation.”

A memorandum from 2012, which is available at Fußball Vorort, also states that the grandstand in the monastery stadium can hold 1,700 spectators and in a statement from 2019 (also available) the mayor's office itself speaks of a maximum capacity of 5,000 spectators.

Stadium posse in Fürstenfeldbruck: Admissions only for single games?

Türkgücü asks for clarification

Mayor Erich Raff objected that everything was done with regard to individual games.

What SCF President Jakob Ettner does not want to leave as it is.

The building authority checked the breakwater in 2012.

And that as part of the license application from SC Fürstenfeldbruck, which was playing in the Bavarian league at the time.

Taskin Akkay is now urgently asking that the city at least clarify the capacity issue quickly and provide the club with reliable figures.

He has already commissioned a security company to develop a security concept.

But that doesn't work without a capacity specification.

Even if the city were only to sign the 1,700 spectators recorded in 2012, Türkgücü could ask the BFV for an exemption to be able to hold the few Fürstenfeldbruck games with a capacity of 2,500 spectators less than the BFV required.

Especially since there should be enough space around the field to accommodate the other 800 fans.
