The coach who coached Real Madrid between 2018 and 2021 won 9 titles with the Blancos, and now it seems that he is on his way to making an exciting move, and on his way to taking one of the clubs with the highest potential in the world.
If appointed, he could become the first coach in history to coach both Leo Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
Ex-Real Madrid met with Marco Verratti in Ibiza and talked to him for about an hour, and he is now making his way to Qatar to finally close the appointment.
Zidane is expected to conclude a salary of 25 million euros a season, thus becoming the highest paid coach in the world, surpassing Diego Simeone, and Pep Guardiola.
