Hapoel B'Shlosha announced tonight (Saturday) the extension of Helder Lopez's contract, which will continue in the Negev capital for the 2022/23 season as well.
As you may recall, the foreign left-back has aroused interest among a number of teams in Portugal.
According to reports abroad, the Jill Vicente team from the first league was interested in his services, but in the end the Portuguese will continue for another season in Israel.
Lopez, who arrived at BS last summer, was a key screw in the team’s win in the state cup and finishing second in the league, and even scored three goals in all competitions.
