A new diamond.
Maccabi Netanya announced tonight (Saturday) the signing of Erich Barko.
The 27-year-old German is scheduled to arrive in Israel next week for tests and will be headed by coach Benny Lam to open training.
The winger, who came from the Zandhausen team from the second German league, also previously played for Drumstadt 98 and Dinamo Dresden, scoring 13 goals and scoring 17 in 142 league appearances.
This is the team's second acquisition of the summer, following the signing of Liran Rotman.
