The Israeli team tonight (Sunday) held its concluding training session in Reykjavik ahead of the game against Iceland.
Even before that, coach Alon Hazan and captain Eli Dassah spoke at the press conference, when the team is aware that a victory over the Icelanders may guarantee first place at home.
"There are three equal teams at home and each one has to prove every game again," said Hazan. "I am very happy with the victory over Albania, it gave confidence to the players and we are now focused on the game against Iceland."
Hazan was asked if he is closed on the squad and said: "There is the concluding training to get solutions for other things. We will sit after the training and think about the squad. Iceland is a very good team. We analyzed the previous game and our conclusions are that in the moments we let them enter the game
"We try to do everything to make things as dependent on us as possible, to continue to play creative football, no matter what pitch we play on and who the opponent is, I'm not afraid of anything."

On the commitment he saw from his players against Albania in the second half, Hazan said and on their physical condition after the last game, he said: "We have players who work hard. I respect the opponent but I am not afraid. We are attentive to the players and their physical condition and do everything to help them be ready. "Prepare them mentally because we have adopted a different mentality from the beginning. We are more modest, more working. In the past we were looking for failure, but today we are only looking for positive things."
