Budapest – Even after the disappointing 1-1 draw against Hungary, the German national team is still without a win in the Nations League (Liga A/Group 3).

There have been three 1-1 draws so far, and the last friendly in March against the Netherlands ended with the same result.

1: 1 curse at the DFB-Elf?

Hansi Flick's team already has the Italian national team in front of them on Tuesday (Tuesday 20:45 / ZDF) and can break the ban against the European champions.

Hansi Flick didn't want to hide his disappointment at all after only drawing against the Hungarian national team.

After just six minutes, there was a blow to the neck and “The Team” had to swallow the 0:1 through Zsolt Nagy.

In the person of Jonas Hofmann, the DFB-Elf was able to equalize the Hungarian lead just three minutes later, but that was not enough that evening.

So the first win - in the fourth game of the Nations League season - now has to be against the Italians.

It remains to be seen what plan Hansi Flick will lay out on the PK to defeat the Azzurri, who are leaders in the group.

In addition to Flick, Manuel Neuer will have his say at the press conference.
