Maccabi Tel Aviv announced today (Monday) the signing of 28-year-old midfielder Yuris van O'Brien from Dutch side Utrecht for three seasons.
The actor is the son of an Israeli mother and will not be considered a foreigner.
Aubrey is a product of the youth department of EZ Alkmaar, and has made 27 appearances for Utrecht last season and a total of 116 appearances since joining the club in 2018. He played for all of the Netherlands' youth teams.

The player said after the signing at the club:
"I am happy to come to Tel Aviv and join Maccabi - the biggest club in Israel. My ambitions at Maccabi are to win as many titles as we can all win. I am already waiting to play in front of the Maccabi crowd at Bloomfield Stadium."
The director of Maccabi's football department,
Barak Yitzhaki
, added: "Yuris is a diverse player who can play several roles in the link. He has gained a lot of experience in the senior Dutch league, and international experience in the European factories and in the young Dutch teams."
