Some loanees are returning, but they probably won't stay long.

Munich – After a little more than a month's rest, Martin Demichelis resumed training with the German record champions' U23s on Monday for the coming season in the Bavarian regional league.

The goal for the Argentinian and his very young players is clear: to return to the 3rd division.

And train other talents who are suitable for a position at Julian Nagelsmann.

The two keeper Ron-Thorben Hoffmann (23, was loaned to Sunderland) and Christian Früchtl (22, last season number three behind Manuel Neuer and Sven Ulreich) have already left the club - allegedly with a buyback clause.

Hoffmann moves to the 2nd Bundesliga to Eintracht Braunschweig, Früchtl to Austria to Austria Vienna.

Johannes Schenk (18) will be the new number three among the pros.

Manuel Kainz (20), Jakob Mayer (20), Lukas Schneller (20) and Tom Hülsmann (18) are fighting for the place in goal for the amateurs.

Chris Richards has developed at 1899 Hoffenheim in the last year and a half.

The US international's contract on the Isar runs until 2025. A return to the regional league team is out of the question.

The Kraichgauer are apparently flirting with another loan from the 22-year-old.

Lars Lukas Mai (22) has another year under contract in Munich.

Adrian Fein (23) has had a bitter year.

After four appearances (three times in the Bundesliga and once in the DFB Cup) at SpVgg Greuther Fürth, the midfielder switched to Dynamo Dresden in the winter, remained unplayed with the second division relegated team and was only once in the squad.
