The heads of Maccabi Haifa are trying to reach an agreement with the heads of Olympiacos on increasing the amount of foreign spectators in the two meetings that will be held between the teams in the Champions League qualifiers.
According to UEFA, the host must allocate to the fans of the rival team five percent of the stadium's contents, which means that about 1,600 Maccabi Haifa fans can enter the home field of the Greeks

Due to this, in talks between the clubs after the draw held today (Wednesday), in order to determine the exact date of the games, the issue of the crowd also came up and the heads of Maccabi Haifa proposed to mutually increase the amount of foreign spectators to ten percent of the stadium. Agree, because unlike Maccabi Haifa fans, the expectation is that no more than 1,500 fans will come to Israel in any case.
Meanwhile, the Greens today opened the training with the participation of only the young and on loan, with only on Sunday most of the senior players on the roster joining.
The players invited to the Israeli national teams will have additional rest days, until the 25th of the month.
Those who did not show up for training today are the injured Ben Shehar and Muhammad Awad, who are expected to join later and may be loaned out or transferred to another team.
