Dani Alves leaves Barcelona for the second time
Brazilian international Dani Alves is leaving FC Barcelona after six months.
This was announced by the 39-year-old right-back.
Alves had already played for the Catalans from 2008 to 2016 and had great success there.
"I would like to thank all the staff for giving me the opportunity to come back to this club and wear this wonderful jersey again," Alves wrote on Instagram.
In his first spell at Barcelona, Alves won the Champions League three times, the Spanish Championship six times and the Spanish Cup four times with the club.
In winter he returned to Barcelona after spells at Juventus Turin, Paris St. Germain and FC São Paulo.
How things will continue for Alves is still open.
Alves only played 14 league games last season.
+++ RUMOR +++
Bayern and Arp will probably dissolve the contract - the way to Kiel is free
Second division club Holstein Kiel can most likely plan with Fiete Arp for the coming season.
According to information from "Bild", the 22-year-old striker and his previous club FC Bayern Munich have agreed to terminate their contract.
The German record champion is supposed to pay the attacker a severance payment.
Arp had already appeared in Kiel for the start of training on Monday.
In 2019 he moved from Hamburger SV to Munich as a promising striker, but fell far short of expectations.
He did not play a Bundesliga game and was mainly used in the second team.
Bayern had already loaned him to Holstein Kiel last season.
There Arp came up with 23 second division appearances in which he scored two goals.
Frankfurt's Ilsanker before moving to Italy
Stefan Ilsanker is about to move from Eintracht Frankfurt to CFC Genoa, who have been relegated to the Italian first division.
The 33-year-old Austrian, who won the Europa League with Eintracht a few weeks ago, has already completed his medical check-up in Genoa.
Ilsanker only made eleven appearances for the Frankfurt team in the past Bundesliga season and was used twice in the Europa League.
In Genoa, the midfielder, together with German coach Alexander Blessin, should enable promotion.
Austrians for Austrians at RB Leipzig?
According to information from "BILD" and "Sky", DFB Cup winner RB Leipzig is interested in Wolfsburg midfielder Xaver Schlager.
The 24-year-old Austrian is said to cost less than 20 million euros.
According to "Sky", the talks are almost over.
Schlager could replace his compatriot Konrad Laimer, 25, in Leipzig, who is repeatedly associated with a move to Bayern Munich.
Both are similar types of players, technically gifted and running strong.
