The Basketball Association announced today (Thursday) that Washington Wizards NBA player Danny Abdia will not be able to play in the next window of the World Cup qualifiers against Poland and Estonia, following the agreement of the best league in the world and FIBA that only players whose team has selected them can play.
As you may recall, the young star expressed his desire to take part in the window, but now it turns out that he will not be able to due to the refusal of his team.
Abdia will play in the European Championships in Prague in September as we have published here.
Danny Abdia will not play with the Israeli team in the upcoming window of the 2023 World Cup qualifiers.
