The mood at the annual general meeting of the Altenerdinger kickers was exuberant – and there was a lot of optimism.

Altenerding – After the sovereign promotion of the first team to the district league, the club also wants to become champions in the new league.

At the beginning of the event, SpVgg chairman Reinhold Kunz congratulated him on his promotion.

"It was nice to see how people can celebrate here in Altenerding," he enthused.

He reported difficulties with the statutes, which are to be presented for voting at the next delegates' meeting at the end of July.

A new board member is also to be elected there.

Department head Andreas Heilmaier reported an increase of 150 members.

The club currently has a total of 679, and the trend is rising.

The newly opened women's department is "running", said Heilmaier happily, who particularly emphasized the performance and commitment of youth leader Florian Aldinger.

He stated that the great fear of what would happen after Corona was ultimately completely unfounded.

Because the game association is not only in good shape in terms of personnel, but also in terms of sport.

"I want to remember our performance last year," Heilmaier exclaimed, "65 points - and eleven points ahead of second, that's worth applause." The Toto Cup is also a great success for Trainer's team been Pedro Locke.

"We thought long and hard about registering there at all," revealed Heilmaier.

"Then we're in the final ten months later, and that was a unique experience for me, even though we didn't win."

Next year the goal is clear: "We want to get up into the district league," said the deputy head of department Matthias Dasch confidently.

He announced that the brothers Matthias and Lukas Loher will switch from BSG Taufkirchen to Spielvereinigung.

In addition, with Hakan Acinal from Landshut, a player with state league experience is joining the team.

The second team also received words of praise from soccer boss Heilmaier.

From a leisure team, the boys have developed into a tight-knit bunch that is supposed to play for promotion to the A class next year.

One is particularly proud of the youth work in Altenerding.

Ten teams won the league title last season.

"It's never happened before," Heilmaier was sure.

And Aldinger added: "You just have to look around at the surrounding clubs in the higher-class leagues.

There is at least one in every team who has a past at Altenerding.”

The discrepancies in the Bavarian Football Association are particularly annoying.

At the last moment, the two-track district league with two groups was taken back by the association.

Those born in 2004 had previously been informed that they could still appear in the youth field next year.

Now they will play in the men's next year.

For Heilmaier, the role backwards is “a mess and a power game that harms young people”.

It was no longer possible to register a men's 3.

"The registration period ended two hours after the BFV's decision," Heilmaier complained.

Aldinger reported 110 F youth players and 70 E juniors.

Every week new ones are added that are never rejected.

So space is getting tight.

Therefore, the clubhouse should be expanded.

More cabins and shower facilities are to be built.

Financially, the club is “well positioned and got through the pandemic well,” said Kunz.

The treasury report, presented by Tom Ostermaier, confirmed that. The football department made a profit of 53,200 euros, the current account balance is 131,000 euros.
