Bobby Slavicek, Michael Grabmaier and Stefano Rizzo recently played a large part in the TEV Bayernliga Vice Championship.

Now they have confirmed for another season.

Miesbach –

crowd favorite Slavicek is entering his fifth season at the Schlierach with the new season.

In 2018, the Czech from Landsberg came to Miesbach and settled here.

He now lives in the region with his family and has long been an integral part of the ice scene.

The now 30-year-old has appeared on the ice 135 times in the red and white jersey, scoring 130 goals and collecting 140 assists.

In addition, he was voted the most valuable Bayernliga player of the year (MVP) in the 2018/19 season and was also a year later in the "Bayernliga team of the year".

The season before last, Slavicek joined the Oberliga side from Rosenheim after the early end of the season in the Bayernliga due to Corona, where he scored nine points.

Last season, Slavicek scored 31 goals and 42 assists in 38 appearances at TEV.

He is currently also spending the summer months in the district town and is already preparing for the new season with the team in summer training.

Rizzo played for Geretsried for three years

A real homegrown is Michael Grabmaier.

The 23-year-old striker went through the youth department of the TEV and moved to Bad Tölz when he was a student.

After jumping into the DNL, he also made it into the DEL2 with the Tölzer Löwen and also scored his first goal there.

At the same time he was active for the TEV in the upper league with a funding license.

In 2018 he had to take it easy on ice hockey for work-related reasons and returned to his home club.

Like Slavicek, Grabmaier is already in his fifth year in the men's division of the Miesbacher.

In 148 games he has scored 42 goals and 91 assists for the TEV.

Stefano Rizzo has made his home at TEV for the second time.

After three years at TEV, the 26-year-old played for Geretsried for three years before moving back to Miesbach.

He comes from the offspring of EC Bad Tölz and joined TEV in 2015.

All in all, Rizzo is also in the fifth season with the district townspeople.

The attacker was on the ice 121 times for the TEV, he scored 49 goals and provided 46 more goals.

Trainer about Grabmaier: "Scorer that all opponents fear"

"I'm very happy to have three players with such experience in the team.

Bobby Slavicek has been one of the top scorers in the Bayernliga for years, is an absolute leader and always goes ahead with full commitment," says TEV trainer Michael Baindl about the experienced contingent player.

"For our young team, he is becoming even more important with his experience and class." As reported, the district townspeople recently signed his compatriot Ales Furch as the second contingent player.

The coach says about Michael Grabmaier: "He's a real Miesbacher who lives for the club.

He proved last year how important he is for the team and fights for every inch of the ice, you can only wish for players like that.” Baindl has a lot of words of praise for Stefano Rizzo: “He's a real goalscorer that all opponents to fear.

We're trying to get a little more speed into his game to make him more unpredictable.” The Miesbachers are therefore largely equipped to attack in the fight for the top spots in the Bayernliga.

The new season starts at the beginning of October.
