"This is just our beginning, the future is bright" What will Boston look like next season? | Israel today

Despite the loss to Golden State, coach Ima Yuduka is optimistic about the future • All staff are signed for next season • TJ Warren is expected to join • And will we also see Yam Madar in green next season?

The Boston Celtics may have lost tonight (Friday) to the Golden State Warriors, but that does not diminish and even slightly in the wonderful season that Ima Judoka's team did this season.

No one believed that the team that opened the season for those who forgot about mediocrity, and in fact until the All-Star was not in the playoffs, would reach the NBA Finals - and give a fight to a quality team like Golden State.

The coach in his first year, as head coach built a quality and cohesive team that played excellent defense and got great offensive output from its two superstars Jason Taitum and Jaylen Brown - who have not yet crossed the age of 25, let us not forget.

So what awaits the Celtics in the near future?

"This is just our start, the future is bright" Yuduka said after the game and he is absolutely right.

The Brown duo Taitum will continue on the team if there are no big surprises, as will Peyton Pritchard and Grant Williams, two players who have not yet reached the peak of their ability.

And in fact all the senior players on Yuduka's squad are also signed for next season.

"The future is bright and we're just getting started," Ime Udoka says.

Whoever might join is Indiana forward TJ Warren, who has not played since the start of 2020/21 following a serious foot injury and was marked as a candidate.

The good ability and reaching the final will surely make the team an interesting candidate among the free agents who will be looking for teams - like Malik Monk, Victor Oladipo and more.

Draymond Green just told several Celtics "Y'all will be back. No doubt about it."

The team from the East does not have a choice in the upcoming draft, but they may try to add a player or two in Boston, with one of the players in question being of course the Israeli Yam Madar who as we recently published here will take part in the summer league with the team this year.
