Golden State Players' Celebrations After Winning Championship (From Twitter)

Exciting photos after Golden State won the championship.

Naturally, the camera focused mostly on Steph Kerry, the undisputed star of the finals, who added to his rich degree closet not only a fourth ring, but also the personal award he was missing: the MVP title of the final series.

Tonight he scored 34 points in the decisive game, finishing the series with a tremendous average of 31.2 points, 6 rebounds, 5 assists and over five threes per game on average.

Kerry became the first player ever to reach averages of 30, 5 and 5 with 5 threes in a final series.

He also joined a shortlist of players with four championships, two regular season MVP wins and a final MVP win, which includes LeBron James, Magic Johnson, Karim Abdul Jabbar, Tim Duncan and Michael C. 'Varden.

Kerry looked very excited at the end, and in the final seconds burst into tears.

He received the MVP award after being unanimously elected, and all 12 votes went to him.

"I'm proud of this group and thank God every day. There's something special about these people, we've been through hard times over the last two years," Kerry concluded the journey.

"Nobody told us, it's amazing. Very surreal. We were very far from the championship, we hit the bottom with injuries. We went through a lot, we found the right players. You never know if you will return to the final, and I get chills just thinking about all the difficulties we went through along the way. "For this championship. Given the circumstances, it is definitely a championship that feels different. There is something different about it, and it is great."

Golden State coach Steve Kerr signals to Kerry the following goal: Winning an Olympic gold medal.

Kerr, the United States national team coach, is confident that Steph will take part in the 2024 Olympics despite his relatively advanced age.

"He's missing an Olympic gold medal. I really think he should focus on the 2024 Olympics. That's the last thing he's missing in his career," he said.

Exciting closing of a circle.

The final whistle was also the perfect closing of the circle for Clay Thompson.

The second brother to Splash was absent from the pitches for two and a half years, during which time he faced two injuries that are considered the most serious for a basketball player: a torn Achilles tendon rupture, and a ruptured cruciate ligament.

Thompson worked hard, kept patience and returned to the pitches last January and although he still does not look like an exact replica of the star he was in the past, he is still signed to some excellent games and a host of clutch baskets that characterize him.

"There were days when I could not even drive or do anything," Thompson recalled at the conclusion.

"My big brother always told me 'Patience, patience, everything will pay off'. There were hard days, I shed a lot of tears on the bench. Steph and Raymond and Andre helped me. I'm grateful for the opportunity to be here. It's just crazy."
