Gymnast Daria Atmanov today (Saturday) won a gold medal in a major battle at the European Artistic Gymnastics Championships in Tel Aviv.
Atmanov, 16, who repeated Linoy Ashram's achievement at the 2020 European Championships in Kiev.
Like Ashram, by the way, Atmanov's coach is Ayelet Sussman.
Atmanov started with a very good bat exercise on which she achieved a score of 34.300.
She later got 33.050 in the film exercise and then shone with 35.100 in the hoop - her highest score in the final.
In the last ball drill, she got 34.450 and that was enough for her for the gold.
