Summary of Andy Murray's victory in the semi-finals of the Stuttgart tournament (Sport1)
Roger Federer, Novak Djokovic and Rafael Nadal have dominated world tennis for the past two decades.
The three share 62 Grand Slam wins and left no more than crumbs for their contemporaries.
However, there are players who even if they have failed to record the achievements of the legendary trio, they can certainly be proud of the continuity that reminds them.
Feliciano López, 40, who has worked with Nadal for many years for Spain's Davis team, is set to make history at the upcoming Wimbledon tournament which kicks off on June 27 when he becomes the first tennis player ever to record 20 appearances in all four Grand Slam Australian Open tournaments, Roland Garros, Wimbledon and the United States Open.

For Lopez it will be his 81st career participation in the Grand Slam tournament, thus equaling Federer's record.
The veteran Spaniard, who is ranked 122nd in the world, was eliminated in the first qualifying round at Roland Garros last month, and it was the first time he has missed any Grand Slam since Roland Garros 2002, if one does not consider of course the Wimbledon 2020 canceled due to the spread of the corona plague.
The tennis player who made his Grand Slam debut in 2001 in France has never been able to advance beyond the quarter-finals, where he has been stopped four times during his career - three of them at Wimbledon.
In fact, Lopez has not won a Grand Slam game since the Australian Championships a year and a half ago.
Lopez is currently training with Rafael Nadal, who is in a race against time to qualify for the tournament, and now he himself will hope to create another moment of magic at the 81st Grand Slam of his career.
