This Sunday (2 p.m. on Canal +), don't miss the start of the German leg of the season.
On the Sachsenring circuit, one of the smallest on the field, Fabio Quartararo, 2nd in the qualifications disputed this Saturday and Johann Zarco (3rd) will have only one idea under their helmet: take the best flight then stay ahead of all the others.
They will first have to pass in front of the Italian Pecco Bagnaia.
A possibility quite within reach of Quartararo, more than ever leader of the championship (245 points and 22 ahead of the Spaniard Aleix Espargaro) after his second success of the season.
Two weeks ago at the Catalunya Grand Prix, the reigning world champion quickly grilled his transalpine rival, who left in the gravel at the 1st corner, before spinning far ahead on his Yamaha.
Solid, Zarco (Prima Pramac Racing) was on the 3rd step of the podium.

Aleix Espargaro (Aprilia), Italian Fabio Di Giannantonio (Ducati-Gresini) and Australian Jack Miller (Ducati) make up the second row on the grid.
As in Catalonia at the beginning of June, Enea Bastianini (Ducati-Gresini), provisionally third in the championship, again signs a bad operation and will only start from 17th place on Sunday.
Like Friday during EL2, the Italian Francesco Bagnaia (Ducati) broke the absolute lap record in the morning (1′19′'765) on the Sachsenring circuit during the 3rd practice session free.
Unsurprisingly, Johann Zarco (4th time), and Quartararo (6th) then qualified directly for Q2, which includes the ten best times in free practice, plus the two best in Q1.
Under a blazing sun, the drivers had to maneuver on this circuit known for its difficulty, with many left turns (10 in total), against only three on the right.
In the absence of Marc Marquez, the winner of the previous eight editions, injured in the wrist, the Sachsenring will know a new winner this Sunday.
It won't be Alex Rins (Team Suzuki Ecstar).
The Catalan, who fractured the pyramidal bone of his left wrist, tested his resistance to pain before finally throwing in the towel during EL3 at the end of the morning.
