New goalkeeper: Haching brings René Vollath from Türkgücü

Regional football club SpVgg Unterhaching has signed ex-professional René Vollath (including 1. FC Nürnberg, TSG Hoffenheim) as the new goalkeeper.

– New number one at the regional soccer team SpVgg Unterhaching: The red-blue team announced the commitment of goalkeeper René Vollath on Corpus Christi.
The 32-year-old recently wore the jersey of Türkgücü Munich, which had to be relegated from the 3rd division after the bankruptcy and will compete with the Hachingers in the Bavarian regional league next season.
René Vollath has a lot of experience in professional football.
He was trained at 1. FC Nürnberg and TSG Hoffenheim.
He then played for Wacker Burghausen, Karlsruher SC, KFC Uerdingen and most recently for Türkgücü Munich.
The statistics show the new goalkeeper from Haching 38 games in the 2nd Bundesliga, 206 games in the 3rd division and three appearances in the DFB Cup.
Due to this wealth of experience, the 32-year-old will also be a goalkeeper and individual coach in the youth academy of the SpVgg in addition to his main job in the regional league team.
"René is a full professional and a role model for all younger players," says goalkeeping coach Michael Gurski.
Vollath is also looking forward to the new tasks: “Haching is an association with mature and sustainable structures.
During my time as a training guest, I felt this special family and at the same time ambitious atmosphere.”
