Hapoel Beer Sheva hopes to be informed today (Monday) that Maor Melikson has been released from the hospital without any restrictions that will prevent him from returning to the team and joining the opening of training.

Melikson was absent from the opening training session yesterday because he felt pressure in his chest during the Sabbath and was hospitalized for various tests.

According to sources at the club, the tests conducted yesterday for Melikson were normal so that if he passes another test properly this morning, he should be released to his home without anything preventing him from returning to activity as Aliniv Barda's assistant.

Melixon was promoted last season to serve as Barda's assistant after Ronny Levy and assistant Eric Benado left.

For Alona Barkat it was natural that Melikson would continue with Breda for next season and so did the new coach who signed only last week on a two-year contract with the team.
