Reports on timely Götze signature in Frankfurt

According to media reports, the change from ex-world champion Mario Götze to Europa League winner Eintracht Frankfurt is only a matter of form.

According to Sport1, the 30-year-old should sign a three-year contract with Hessen this Tuesday until June 30, 2025.

"The papers were finally negotiated yesterday," it said.

Eintracht itself has not yet commented on a possible Götze transfer.

The "kicker" had also reported that the signatures should be made promptly.

Götze was absent from the opening training session at his current club PSV Eindhoven on Monday.

Like two other professionals, the winning goal scorer in the 2014 World Cup final was given "the freedom to move to another club," it said.

The Dutch did not give any more details.

The former Dortmund and Bayern professional left the Bundesliga in 2020.

The attacking player blossomed again in Eindhoven and made himself interesting for other clubs.

Benfica Lisbon and Inter Miami are also said to be interested in the midfielder.

BVB striker search apparently nearing completion – Haller transfer is imminent

According to media reports, Bundesliga club Borussia Dortmund is about to sign attacker Sébastien Haller from Dutch first division club Ajax Amsterdam.

According to information from the TV broadcaster Sport1, BVB has already agreed on a five-year contract with the former Bundesliga player from Eintracht Frankfurt.

Accordingly, Ajax Amsterdam should still consider an offer from Borussia for a transfer fee of 33 million euros for Haller.

The Dutch newspaper "De Telegraaf" reports that the clubs are approaching an agreement.

Largely guaranteed bonus payments are also being negotiated.

According to further information, Haller is ready to interrupt his vacation in Ivory Coast in order to complete the medical test for the commitment in Dortmund in a timely manner.

The Ivory Coast international still has a contract with Ajax until 2024.

Haller, who turns 28 on Wednesday, is supposed to compensate for the departure of top scorer Erling Haaland to Manchester City in Dortmund.

He scored 73 goals in 132 top division games for FC Utrecht and Amsterdam.

There are also eleven goals in eight Champions League games for Ajax.

He scored 33 goals in 77 games for Eintracht Frankfurt between 2017 and 2019 before initially moving to West Ham United.

Bella-Kotchap before moving to England – new Bochum record departure?

After Maxim Leitsch (zu Mainz 05), VfL Bochum apparently also loses the second core defender.

As the portal “The Athletic” reports, Bochum is said to have agreed with FC Southampton on a transfer from U21 national defender Armel Bella-Kotchap.

Various media had previously reported that the Saints were interested and that the clubs were getting closer.

With a rumored transfer fee of 10 million euros, Bella-Kotchap, who still has a contract with VfL until 2024, would rise to Bochum's record departure.

The former Bundesliga top scorer Teofanis Gekas, who left the club after the 2007/2008 season for 4.7 million euros to Bayer 04 Leverkusen, has held this title so far.

At the Premier League club from Southampton, Bella-Kotchap would work with former Leipzig coach Ralf Hasenhüttl.

Mané already for the medical check in Munich

Bayern Munich's future star striker Sadio Mané has arrived in Munich.

The 30-year-old attacking player from Senegal is due to complete his medical check-up on Tuesday and then sign a contract with FC Bayern until 2025.

Several media reported on the professional's arrival at Munich Airport.

The TV channel Sky Sport News showed pictures of the private machine.

Mané and his companions were picked up by a limousine on the tarmac.

The change of the offensive player from Liverpool FC to FC Bayern has been considered practically perfect since the end of last week.

Both clubs had agreed on a transfer.

Mané's contract at Liverpool would have expired in 2023.

Bayern should pay a base fee of 32 million euros for him.

According to reports, this can increase to up to 41 million through certain additional payments.

Düsseldorf commits de Wijs firmly

Second division soccer team Fortuna Düsseldorf has signed Jordy de Wijs and given the central defender a contract until 2026.

The Dutchman, who was loaned to the red-whites from Queens Park Rangers last second half, traveled to the training camp in Upper Austria on Tuesday.

Düsseldorf did not provide any information on the modalities.

"The permanent signing of Jordy de Wijs was a priority for us during this summer break," said sporting director Christian Weber: "We are very happy that we were able to win Jordy back - and proud that a player like him has committed himself to Fortuna in the long term Has."

KSC bring central defender Ballas

Second division soccer team Karlsruher SC has signed central defender Florian Ballas.

According to sports director Oliver Kreuzer, the club was reacting to several injuries in the defensive line.

Ballas, who himself had been out for a long time due to a knee injury, has played for Erzgebirge Aue for the past two seasons.

He signed a one-year contract.
