Yotam Halperin has been appointed Hapoel Jerusalem's professional consultant and will open his tenth year in a row at the club as a player and professional.
Halperin will work closely with the professional team led by coach Alexander Djikic.
Unlike the professional manager position he has held in recent years, which included dealing with technical issues, the professional consultant will deal with only professional aspects, oversee the scout department and be an important liaison between the players, the professional team and the management.
Owner Eyal Chomsky said: "I am not happy to announce Yotam's stay.
Yotam is the verb.
In the flesh of the system, and it was clear to us that he should continue to be part of the family, even if in a different role definition.
I have no doubt that he will continue to contribute his vast knowledge and experience. '

Meanwhile, the team opened today (Tuesday) the sale of subscriptions for the 2022/23 season.
The club have decided not to raise the prices for seasonal subscribers, and in fact this is the same price level that has not changed since 2017.
